DXF File Requirements for Accurate CNC Machining
To ensure accurate CNC machining and pricing, drawings must be provided in .DXF format with contour lines only.
Minimum feature size is 1.5 mm.

Files not meeting requirements may be adjusted or rejected during validation.


 


Available Materials for CNC Machining


-Prepreg Carbon Fiber Sheets (3K 200g twill, Tg 140°C)
-Aluminum 6082 T6 Sheets


All carbon fiber sheets are manufactured in-house in Estonia (EU) using European prepreg materials for full traceability and consistent mechanical performance.


CNC Machining Tolerances


All parts are CNC-machined according to ISO 2768-m tolerance class, ensuring precise edge quality and dimensional accuracy for industrial applications.
