From German-made prepreg carbon fiber to precision CNC finishing, every step of our production process is controlled, monitored, and optimized for structural performance and dimensional accuracy.
Carbon Fiber Sheet Manufacturing Using European Prepreg
We work exclusively with German-made carbon fiber prepregs to ensure mechanical reliability, traceability, and long-term performance.
Unlike hand lay-up or dry fabric with resin infusion, we use thermally stabilized, quality-controlled prepreg only.
All carbon fiber sheets are produced in-house in Estonia (EU) using our own molds, press cycles, and temperature profiles.

CNC Cutting & Finishing
All finished parts are cut using three CNC milling machines, covering a wide range of part sizes and production volumes.

Carbon Fiber Sheets
Our standard carbon fiber sheet thickness range is 1–6 mm, with a thickness tolerance of ±0.2 mm.

Aluminium Parts
We also offer CNC-cut aluminium 2D parts alongside carbon fiber. Many projects require both materials, especially in UAVs, robotics, and custom hardware.
Aluminium parts can be ordered using the same .dxf upload process.
All aluminium parts are CNC-cut from 6082 T6 alloy.
