CarbonVega carbon fiber sheets are manufactured in-house in Estonia using high-quality European prepreg materials and hot compression moulding technology.

Unlike many suppliers that only machine imported carbon plates, we produce our laminates ourselves, allowing full control over material quality, fiber content, laminate structure and manufacturing consistency.

Our carbon fiber sheets are designed for demanding engineering applications where low weight, high stiffness and reliable material quality are important.

Manufacturing process

Our laminates are produced using hot compression moulding technology developed through more than 12 years of composite manufacturing experience.

This process provides:

• consistent laminate quality
• smooth surfaces on both sides
• stable thickness control
• reliable mechanical performance

Available thicknesses

Standard thicknesses available from stock:

1 mm, 2 mm, 3 mm, 4 mm, 5 mm, 6 mm, 7 mm, 8 mm, 10 mm and 12 mm

Standard thickness tolerance:
±0.2 mm
