CarbonVega is a European manufacturing company built on over a decade of hands on experience in advanced composites.
Over the past 14+ years, we’ve produced hundreds of thousands of carbon fiber components across industries — from medical devices to motorcycle parts, marine solutions, MRO, robotics, and UAV systems. We’ve delivered to customers in over 70 countries worldwide.
Our deep understanding of both the materials and the markets has shaped how we build, how we work, and now, how we innovate.

European Production, European Standards
CarbonVega is proudly based in Estonia, with our office in Tallinn and manufacturing facility in Kose-Uuemõisa. We are 100% locally owned and operate fully in the European Union — from team and tools to raw materials, which we source exclusively from trusted European suppliers (primarily German-made carbon prepregs).
This allows us to guarantee consistent quality, short lead times, and full compliance with European regulatory standards.
CarbonVega is a member of The Federation of Estonian Engineering Industry (EML), reflecting our commitment to industrial manufacturing standards and active participation in Estonia’s production ecosystem.
Built to Solve a Real Problem
After years of working in the industry, we saw how outdated and inefficient the traditional quoting and communication models had become — especially for small-scale, custom carbon work.
That’s why we built CarbonVega.
Our goal is to offer an automated, intelligent ordering platform that lets engineers, product designers, and innovators get high-quality carbon fiber parts without delays, emails, or uncertainty — all while keeping production in Europe.
About CarbonVega
CarbonVega is a European manufacturer of CNC-cut carbon fiber parts for engineering projects such as UAVs, robotics and motorsport.
The company specializes in small to medium batch production, from prototypes to several thousand parts. CarbonVega manufactures its own carbon fiber sheets in-house using prepreg compression moulding and offers CNC cutting services based on customer DXF files.
By producing composite components in Europe, CarbonVega helps engineering teams build reliable supply chains without depending on overseas suppliers.
