Tehnology
At CarbonVega, we believe that precision and consistency start with the right materials and controlled processes. That’s why we’ve built our entire production chain around high-performance European standards — from prepreg to final cut.

Raw Material: European Prepreg Only
We work exclusively with German-made carbon fiber prepregs, ensuring mechanical reliability, traceability, and long-term performance. We do not use hand lay-up or dry fabric with resin infusion — only thermally stabilized, quality-controlled prepreg. All carbon fiber sheets are produced in-house, using our own molds, press cycles, and temperature profiles. This allows us to offer consistent surface quality, optimal fiber alignment, and excellent dimensional stability.
Sheet Production: Pressing With Experience
We have been producing prepreg-based carbon fiber sheets since 2014. Our facility operates four hydraulic presses, optimized for different sizes, stack heights, and part complexities. Each press cycle is monitored and logged to ensure uniform pressure, heat distribution, and curing times — critical for reliable mechanical properties.
Cutting & Finishing: Precision CNC
All finished parts are cut using three CNC milling machines, covering a wide range of part sizes and production volumes. We use dedicated tooling and vacuum hold-down systems to ensure burr-free edges, consistent tolerances, and perfect surface finishes. Whether it's single prototypes or serial production, our cutting workflow is built for repeatability and accuracy.
Controlled In-House Process
From raw material to final part, everything happens in-house. This gives us full control over quality, lead time, and traceability — and lets us deliver premium carbon fiber parts, made in Europe.
Materials-Carbon fiber sheets
Our standard carbon fiber sheet thickness range is 1,2,3,4,5 and 6mm. Thickness tolerance is +/-0,2mm
Aluminium parts
We also offer CNC-cut aluminum 2D parts, alongside carbon fiber.
Many projects require both carbon fiber and aluminum components — especially in UAVs, robotics, and custom hardware. Since our workflow supports both materials, you can now upload your .dxf files and order aluminum parts using the same process.
All parts are manufactured in-house with precision CNC technology and small-series flexibility.
Materials-Aluminium
All aluminum parts are CNC-cut from 6082 T6 alloy — known for its strength, machinability, and corrosion resistance.
Our standard aluminum sheet thickness range is 3,4,5,6,8 and 10mm.
